Get A Bargain On Genuine Bunkhouse Motorcycle Trailer Camper Tent

Bunkhouse trailer lover Loren Woirhaye has reluctantly decided to sell his trailer to the highest bidder in a current Ebay auction.

“I’m sad to part with it because it’s a great trailer and easy to store,” he says,”but I’m moving into an artist’s loft facility to get a big open live/work space.”

When he got the Bunkhouse it was a little beat up but being a handy guy he fixed it up and in some cases improved it, replacing fragile parts with tough, custom-fabricated replacements.

“Real McGyver type stuff,” he jokes,”I can weld and make custom parts in a lot of different materials because I was a pro fabricator for many years.”

The Bunkhouse is one of the most sought-after mid-weight motorcycle campers on the market – prized for it’s versatility, quick set-up and off-the-ground sleeping platform by bike enthusiasts throughout North America and beyond.

“With the big motorbike ralleys like Sturgis coming-up in late summer a lot of folks want to get their hands on these trailers,” Woirhaye says, “circumstances just worked out where I need to get rid of it right now in July.”

The Bunkhouse design has been widely emulated by other trailer manufacturers. Some smaller trailers lack the roomy king-sized bed of the Bunkhouse and many look boxy and hand-made.

The Bunkhouse in comparison is a very-well engineered trailer. The Bunkhouse people are fiberglass specialists and the body of the trailer is thick and extremely durable, not to mention great-looking because the fiberglass has a thick “gel coat” on the outside – it’s not painted and the color is actually inside the fiberglass so it won’t fade or peel, ever.
