You shouldn’t even be thinking seriously about a specialty until you’re in your last two years of medical school. You need to have a bachelors degree, a medical degree, and then spend x amount of years doing a residency in sports medicine.

A bachelors degree in ANYTHING. Just make sure that you get the prerequisites completed (biology, chemistry, physics, organic chemistry, calculus, english) and take the MCAT.
